L. A. Baby is a manufacturer of commercial cribs for childcare applications. We manufacture a complete range of compact and full size cribs in both wood and metal.

Our popular Window Cribs are available in two styles which feature clear view acrylic panels in each headboard, a dual fixed sided model and a new safety gate model that helps providers access the child. L. A. Baby makes an evacuation frame or a convenient storage drawer that fits either model Window Crib. Our commercial cribs have been tested and approved under CPSC regulations either 1219 for full size cribs and 1220 for compact size cribs and they pass ASTM Commercial Crib Regulations.

Introducing a new "Safety Gate" Window Crib model #530

Designed specifically for use in childcare environments, this compact size crib design is expected to receive a welcome response from distributors for the educational equipment market. The original Window Crib began the series a few years ago as a dual fixed sided wood crib for extra safety as well as increased lateral rigidity. The headboards feature clear view non breakable acrylic panels for increased visibility as well as sneeze guard protection. The side rails have wood slats that are double pinned and glued when constructed plus they have clear plastic teething rail covers factory installed.

New for 2012 the "Safety Gate" Window Crib, model 530 offers easier access to the child. The dual locks on the drop gate design require an adult's arms reach to activate both locks simultaneously. The Window Crib series includes extra wide swivel casters with protective metal ferules designed to withstand the rigors of commercial use, including passing over elevator threshold gaps. Both Window Crib models accept either an evacuation frame upgrade for evacuation service in childcare centers or a convenient storage drawer accessory. The Window Cribs by L. A. Baby have been tested and approved to meet CPSC regulations plus they pass the more stringent ASTM Commercial Crib Standards. They will retail from $250 to $300 with leading national educational equipment distributors.
